Ordering Information

Fall Order Period: October 30 – November 17

1. Browse the shop to view available items and color options.

2. Try on samples — some sizes and styles are available at the Albany location in the Copy Center (2nd Floor).

3. Place your order and pay online. Be sure to select the “Pick Up” option at checkout.

4. Orders will arrive approximately 2–3 weeks after the order period closes.

5. Pick up or delivery: Orders can be picked up in Albany or delivered by courier to your selected location. To specify your preferred pickup location, click the Bag Icon (Cart) in the top right corner and add your location under “Order Special Instructions.” If no location is specified, orders will default to the Albany building. Available pickup locations include Lincoln County EI, Clover Ridge, Dixie School, or Farm Home School.

6. Check size charts — links are included in the description for all apparel items.

7. Please shop carefully. Most items are custom made and cannot be returned.

- All prices include embroidery or printing.
- Only the colors listed for each item are available.
- Most items are produced on demand, either embroidered or printed, and are not kept in stock.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. A size is not available in the t-shirt I want.
T-shirts are the only items with inventory control because quantities are limited. Once they’re gone, we won’t be producing more.

2. Can I get a color or size that isn’t shown?
No — only the listed options are available at this time.

3. Can I bring in my own items to get embroidered or printed?
No — we aren’t offering custom embroidery or printing on personal items.

4. Can I get one of the t-shirt designs on a sweatshirt?
Not at this time — t-shirt designs are available only in t-shirts.

5. Can you ship to my house?
No — pickup is currently the only option.
